Turnout
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Turnout is a cozy game inspired by classic and modern puzzle videogames.

This game was made as a collaboration to participate in GameMaker's Toolkit GameJam 2025! It was made over the course of 5 days.
We started this game keeping in mind the theme of "Loop". We thought that trying to do a roguelike was both too ambitious and too obvious, so we ended up choosing mechanics that incorporate loops within the game itself. Also, we love trains...

How to play:
You are the train, you need to collect the lost wagon to your back. How to do this?
There are two types of railway traffic lights, horizontal and vertical.
- Clicking under a horizontal light performs a turnout and causes anything that goes through there to change to the adjacent rail. Check where the light is pointing to! Green is right and Red is left.
- Clicking under a vertical light causes a change of speed to anything that goes through there. Blue is standard and orange is fast!
Use the lights to move the train and the missing wagon and try to make it collide with you from the back. But be careful! A frontal or collateral collision will hurt!

¡Y encima gratis!
Muchas gracias por decirnos cosas bonicas <3
Really adore the visuals! The levels make for fun and challenging puzzles, especially if timing isn't your best skillset. Luckily there are three lives for each level, which makes experimenting and testing things out way more viable. I had a load of fun with it!
Thank you so much for your kind words! <3
